One of the two snow leopards, born to first time mom Timila at the Seneca Park Zoo, has passed away.
The cubs were born last Monday, but one of the cubs had to be brought to the Zoo's on-site animal hospital by Animal Care staff after it was born.
The cub was later returned to its mother, but didn’t survive.
According to staff at the zoo, the second cub appears to be growing normally at this time, but will continue to be monitored.
