"Not Guilty" Plea Entered for Off-Duty RPD in Road Rage Incident

An off-duty Rochester police officer accused of displaying a gun during a road rage incident earlier this year has pleaded not guilty to a second-degree menacing charge. Officer Michael Cantu will be back in court on June 17th for a preliminary hearing.

The officer's lawyer says no gun was shown, despite the charges made in court paperwork.
