Rochester police are investigating what they are calling a suspicious death.
A deceased man was found at an address on Myrtle Street, near Otis.
Police say they found him when they went looking for the owner of a vehicle that another man crashed around dawn on 390 near West Ridge Road.
The man ran from the wreck, but was arrested near Ridgeway by Greece Police.
