No Charges for Man Who Distributed White Supremacist Propaganda in Brighton

A man police say distributed white supremacist propaganda in Brighton will not face any charges, providing he keeps out of trouble for the next six months.

Christopher Hodgman was facing code violation charges after the supremacist literature was found in Brighton and later in Pittsford. Hodgman was a University of Rochester student at the time, but is no longer enrolled there.

Police said leaving the fliers wasn't a crime, but violated the town's civil code.
