Rochester police say a man in his 20s was shot this afternoon in the 200 block of Norton Street.
Police found the victim shot in the legs and had him taken to Strong Memorial Hosital where he's expected to recover. The victim was shot following an argument with an acquaintance. No arrest has been made so far.
