Police are searching for a missing teenager in Ontario County. Owen Guest, 13, of Phelps, was last seen walking away form his home in Phelps around 6 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators say he got into an argument with his parents and stormed out. Deputies say he left without his cell phone or bike. Guest is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last teen wearing a black T-shirt, black athletic pants, and glasses. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
