Rochester Police say a victim has survived being shot in the 300 block of Champlain Street this afternoon.
Police responded to find the victim had already been driven to Strong Memorial Hospital. They say he suffered multiple gunshot wounds but his injuries are not life threatening. The investigation is continuing.
