Laura Rideout has filed an appeal of her murder conviction, claiming she was not present for the killing of her ex-husband, Craig at his home in Penfield in 2016. As first reported by the Democrat & Chronicle, she claims her sons killed him and she's guilty only of helping them clean up the crime scene. She denies having a role in the murder. Laura Rideout and her son Colin were convicted of murder and evidence tampering. Another son, Alex, was convicted of tampering. And the woman's boyfriend, Paul Tucci. was cleared of all charges.
