Rochester police say a 30-year-old city woman has been charged in the hit-and-run that caused the death of Tommy Jones earlier this week.
Police say the Major Crimes Unit has charged Tiffany Rutledge with leaving the scene of an accident that caused death to another. She's accused of hitting Jones on May 20th as he crossed South Avenue at Comfort Street, then failing to stop.
No further arrests are expected in this incident.
