Traffic Stop Results in Felony Drug Charge

A Rochester man is facing felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Avon. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Frank Donalds has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Authorities say a vehicle Donalds was riding in was stopped on West Henrietta Road. He was taken into custody after Deputies learned Donalds had an active warrant out of Cattaraugus County for a felony drug charge. He was later found to be in possession of 18 bags of crack cocaine and two bags of powder cocaine.
