Albion Corrections Officer Charged with Sex Abuse, Criminal Sex, Misconduct

A Correction Officer at Albion Correctional Facility is being accused of having inappropriate sexual relations with two female inmates.

State Police say David Stupnick of Medina has been charged with 4 counts of Sex Abuse, and 2 counts each of Criminal Sex Act and Official Misconduct.

The arrest was made following an ongoing investigation. He was issued appearance tickets and is due in court next month.
