Ontario County deputies have arrested a Rochester man on grand larceny charges after an investigation of multiple thefts from the J.C. Penny Store at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says 52-year-old Richee Jones stole more than $6,300 in merchandise from the store between May 4th and May 10th. He'll answer the charge in Victor Town Court.
