This is a NewsRadio WHAM1180 Bills Update.
Bills quarterback Derek Anderson is retiring after 14 years in the NFL.
He joined the Bills last year as a backup for Josh Allen and was projected to be the number three quarterback this season, behind backup Matt Barkley.
After Anderson announced his retirement, the Bills signed undrafted free agent Tyree Jackson out of the University of Buffalo. Ahead of the start of the rookie mini-camp, the Bills have signed seven of their eight draft picks, including first-round selection Ed Oliver.
