An Ontario County man faces second-degree manslaughter in the overdose death of a 31-year-old. According to Ontario County Sheriff's deputies, Donald Lee Everson sold drugs to Justin Meath on the night of Oct. 30, 2018. Meath was transported to the hospital for a reported heroin overdose. He later died from an overdose of fentanyl. Deputies said Everson sold fentanyl to another person the night he allegedly sold it to Meath.
