Frontier Will Cut Jobs in Henrietta

Frontier will cut 280 jobs from its Henrietta call center effective July 31st.

In a statement, the company says the non-union jobs are being reallocated from its technical support center in order to better focus on delivering exceptional products and outstanding service. Frontier says it expects to remain a significant presence in Rochester.

The laid-off workers will be eligible for severance pay and medical benefits.
