Tickets were supposed to go on sale today, but the start of ticket sales has been postponed.
No reason has been given for the postponement, but published reports say the festival still has not received a mass gathering permit from the New York State Department of Health.
More than 80 bands and performers are scheduled to perform during the three-day festival.
