Aries Ash and Charisse Nicole Walton were charged after the body of Maximillion Cook was found in a vacant house in Syracuse.
Investigators say Cook was shot to death on March 23rd. Cook was from Greece and was gunned down near his music studio on Pennsylvania Avenue in Rochester.
Police say Ash and Walton shot Cook, then dumped his car and his body in Syracuse. They were arrested in Rochester after crashing their car during a police chase.
