A man is facing charges following the sexual assault of a child under the age of nine, in the City of Canandaigua.
Police have charged 56-year-old John Yarger with predatory sexual assault against a child. Authorities believe Yarger had sexual contact with the child on multiple occasions between 2017 to 2018.
He is being held in the Ontario County Jail.
