It's another blow for the Gates bar where a promoted party Saturday night ended in fights and gunfire.
Yesterday, the Monroe County Health Department shut down the kitchen at the Wheels Up Tavern for health code violations.
The bar has been ordered to stop hosting the parties. And Gates police are asking the state Liquor Authority to revoke the bar's liquor license.
The owner -- Naeem Butt -- also owns the former Ramada Plaza hotel property next door. The hotel is in foreclosure.
