Arrest Made in Rochester Prostitution Ring

Federal prosecutors have charged a 24-year-old Rochester man with sex trafficking both an adult and a minor by force.

They say Quondall Davis was identified during an investigation into prostitution in Rochester. Davis allegedly used the website "backpage.com" to solicit customers, then arranged meetings over a Facebook page. Fees were paid in heroin, which went back to Davis, who went by the street name "Hot Dog."

Investigators say they identified three minor victims and one adult who had been forced into prostitution by Davis.
