The families of two second grade girls in the Sodus Central School District say they intend to sue the district because an older, male student sexually abused their children.
A lawyer representing the families says the alleged incidents happened last year, and were caught on security cameras.
He says numerous assaults took place over several months. The boy has since been removed from that bus route.
The families are seeking $10 million in damages.
In a statement, the district rejects the claim that it didn't take the incidents seriously. The district says it acted immediately so the boy would no longer be on the same bus with the two girls.
