The company, Questar Assessment, reported delays for some students submitting the test by computer. Several districts in the Rochester area and other parts of the state had problems yesterday. Questar says it has extra staff in place to respond to the delays. A similar problem occurred last year, with students unable to upload their test answers. All computer-based testing today has been cancelled. The testing will resume tomorrow.
