A pre-trial hearing is set for this afternoon for Leticia Astacio.
Her trial is set for Monday on a felony charge she tried to buy a shotgun last year while on probation from her DWI conviction. The defense was granted a change of venue and the case is being heard in Syracuse.
Astacio was removed last fall as a Rochester City judge, but she is gathering petition signatures to run for City Council.
