Investigation Leads to Rochester, Greece Drug Raids

A long-term joint narcotics investigation has led to drug raids around the City of Rochester and the Town of Greece.

The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office and New York State Police say it was a widespread investigation that also included Rochester and Irondequoit Police, the DEA and Border Patrol, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Police seized three loaded handguns, two of them stolen. They recovered more than a pound of what they believe to be Fentanyl, cocaine and assorted narcotics paraphernalia.

They charged 24-year-old Marcos Lopez Martinez, the owner of the Mamajuana Restaurant, with drug and weapons possession. Another Mamajuana employee, 25-year-old Jerry Figueroa, was charged with drug possession.
