Rochester Police say officers who tried to stop a vehicle on Culver Road ended up in a pursuit until the suspect's vehicle crashed into the back of a dump truck on Clifford Avenue.
Police say both occupants of the car were detained and are being treated for minor injuries they suffered in the crash. Police say they can't release further details because it's an ongoing investigation.
