Guilty Plea in Deadly Webster Crash

A woman charged in connection with the death of a Webster man is pleading guilty.

The Monroe County District Attorney's Office says Lindsay Szuba pleaded guilty today to aggravated vehicular homicide in connection with the death of Roger Cook. Prosecutors said she had been drinking and had Xanax and marijuana in her system when she crossed over into oncoming traffic on Empire Blvd. in the Town of Webster and collided with Cook's vehicle, head on. Cook later died at the hospital. Szuba and a passenger were injured.

Szuba faces 5-15 years behind bars when she is sentenced in May.
