Former top aide to Governor Cuomo Joseph Percoco is set to go to prison today. He will serve a six-year sentence for his conviction on federal corruption charges.
Last week, a federal appeals court denied Percoco's request for bail while he appeals his conviction.
He was found guilty of taking more than 300-thousand dollars in bribes from businesses that wanted to do business with New York State.
