A former athletic trainer for the Geneseo School District will remain free on bail while he faces state and federal sex charges.
Austin Pratt faces federal for making child pornography and enticing a minor. A judge granted bail today, but ordered Pratt to stay on home confinement and wear a GPS ankle monitor at all times.
The charges filed this week are in addition to the state charges filed in January involving sex with an underage girl.
The investigation began when the girl's parents found text messages on her phone from Pratt. And investigators say Pratt and the girl exchanged nude photos.
