A high wind warning is in effect for our area this weekend. The National Weather Service says the warning is in effect for Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Northern Erie, and Genesee counties from 11 o’clock Sunday morning until 11 o’clock Sunday night.
Winds are expected to be between 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
