A Central New York couple is accused of starving a four-year-old child. New York State police say Devon Buckner, 23, and Sarah Diamond, 28, of Oswego County caused physical injury to the child in addition to ongoing maltreatment. According to police, they withheld food, resulting in severe starvation. The child is now in the custody of foster care. Buckner and Diamond are being held in jail.
