Police have reopened Route 250 in the village of Webster.
They closed the road for a short time this morning while they looked for a man living in the area who was reported to be very upset over a breakup. The man was found and police determined there was no threat.
During the search, the nearby Spry Middle School was placed on lockout, but classes continued as normal.
