Another Arrest in Livingston Co. Cocaine Trafficking Investigation

The Livingston Co. Drug Task Force is announcing another arrest in connection with their cocaine drug trafficking investigation.

Authorities say Carlos Diaz Silva of Mount Morris, was arrested on Sunday and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

This arrest in connection with last week's arrest of four other Mount Morris residents following an 18 month long investigation.
