Housing Authority Head Pleads Not Guilty in Federal Court

Rochester Housing Authority Chair George Moses was in court today for his arraignment on new federal charges filed against him last week. He pleaded "not guilty," and his lawyer says Moses will be acquitted....

Moses and Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden are facing federal wire fraud and money laundering charges relating to the RHA's hiring of a Washington, DC, political consulting firm. Federal prosecutors say 75 percent of the money was kicked back to a shell company owned by Councilman McFadden, who has also plead not guilty.
