A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted the driver who allegedly killed a Greece woman in a crash last month in Parma.
Thirty-one-year-old Matthew Magar, of Riga, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter, aggravated DWI and reckless endangerment.
Authorities say he slammed his SUV into a car driven by 41-year-old Dilek Ogut at the corner of Clarkson-Parma Town Line Road and Parma Center Road.
Ogut died at the scene.
