Eastman Kodak CEO Stepping Down

Jeffrey Clarke has stepped down as CEO of Eastman Kodak, after nearly five years as head of the reorganized company.

A company news release says Jim Continenza has been named the new executive chairman, taking over Clarke's responsibilities. Continenza will continue as chair of the Kodak Board of Directors, a role he's had since 2013.

He said in a statement in part that he's "thrilled to build on our board's strategic vision and become an integral part of day-to-day operations..."
