Health officials have scheduled an afternoon news conference to provide an update on the local measles cases.
Doctors from Rochester Regional Health and UR Medicine will join the Monroe County public health commissioner.
The County Health Department said last week it was aware of seven cases in the county -- four of which were confirmed in a lab.
The patients had not been vaccinated and are now quarantined.
