UPDATE: A former teacher and coach within the Webster Central School District is facing charges of rape.
Webster Police say Kali Watkins was arrested and charged for allegedly having sex with a child less than 15-years-old.
Webster Central School District Superintendent Carmen Gumina says in November of 2017 the district was informed of concerns about Watkins conduct with students and staff. That prompted an internal investigation and he was placed on administrative leave.
Shortly after that, the district was alerted of an unrelated criminal allegation involving Watkins and contacted police.

We are expected to learn more information about the recent arrest of a former Webster Central School District employee.
Webster Police say they will hold a news conference at 11:45 this morning in conjunction with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, and Webster Central School District.
