Gates Police have arrested and charged two more people in connection to a brawl and shooting at the Diplomat Party House. The brawl started after a concert on January 13 and spilled outside. Police arrested two people last week including a person suspected of firing several gunshots. Investigators charged Jose Munz, 26, of Rochester and Solangie Rodriguez, 27, of Greece. Police said Munz and Rodriguez voluntarily contacted the Gates Police Department to turn themselves in. Munz allegedly threw a liquor bottle into the crowd which struck a 26-year-old woman, causing a serious cut to her head. He is charged with assault and reckless endangerment.
