NYSP Releases Results of Holiday Drunk Driving Crackdown

New York State Police have announced the results of their holiday drunk driving crackdown.  

From December 13th through January 1st, 783 people were arrested for driving under the influence. Overall, more than 48-thousand tickets were handed out for various violations.  

That's an increase of roughly five-thousand tickets from the 2017 holiday campaign.
