The City of Rochester says about 200 plows and trucks -- including sidewalk plows -- are still at work around the clock to remove the snow. Crews were reported completing a third pass of residential streets overnight.

City residents can track the progress of the plowing effort by using the Plowtrax app and can call 3-1-1 to report snow build-up on streets and sidewalks.

Governor Cuomo lifted the ban on tractor trailers and buses on state highways at 6 last night. The ban had been in effect since 3 p.m. Saturday.Local travel advisories have also been lifted.

At last check, five flights departing this morning from the Rochester airport are canceled. A scheduled arrival this morning from Boston is also canceled.

Only a handful of homes in the region getting power from National Grid are currently without power. RG&E is reporting no outages in its service area.
