A fatal crash that left two people dead, is under investigation in Rochester.
Battalion Chief James Hartman says a man was killed when he was hit by a tractor trailer on Hudson Avenue. The tractor trailer driver also died -- possibly from the medical condition that caused him to lose control of his rig.
State Police have identified the truck driver as 58-year-old Tracy Premo of Palmyra. The other victim was 30-year-old Jeffrey Farrell of Rochester, a Monroe County employee. He was working in a storm drain and was unable to get out of the way.
