Measles Outbreak Reported in New York

New York is facing its worst measles outbreak in decades.  State health officials have confirmed 182 cases, mostly among unvaccinated ultra-Orthodox Jews in New York City and Rockland County.

The outbreak has been linked to travel to Israel -- which is currently battling a measles epidemic.  Health officials have printed more than 40-thousand fliers in English, Yiddish and Spanish urging people to bring their children to free vaccination clinics.
