Another meeting is set for tonight in Farmington on the plan for a solar power array on more than 30 acres of private farmland.
The Town Planning Board will consider granting a special use permit to developer Delaware River Solar.
The company wants to lease land along Yellow Mills Road for 22-thousand solar panels. Critics say the proposed array is too big and would be an eyesore. They say the land should be used strictly for agricultural purposes.
