UPDATE: Rochester Police say Jazmine English was located today in the 600 block of Garson Avenue.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Rochester, NY -- Rochester police are looking for a 13-year-old girl who vanished with her sister after their grandmother left them in her car Tuesday afternoon.
Police say Jazmine English, and her 11-year-old sister Lily, left the car in the 700 block of South Clinton while their grandmother was in a store.
Lily English was found late Tuesday night in the the 1000 block of Bay Street when a citizen recognized her from media reports and called 9-1-1.
Jazmine is approximately 5’3”, 160 lbs, brown hair (but possibly wearing a black wig), brown eyes, last seen wearing a black and white jacket, black pants and tan boots.
