The ex-con accused of abducting his 14-year-old neighbor in Rochester last weekend has pleaded not guilty to new charges.
Forty-one-year-old Robert Gonzalez is now charged with 2nd degree criminal sex act, 3rd degree sexual abuse and use of a child in a sexual performance. The teenage girl vanished Saturday evening, and an AMBER Alert was issued Monday night.
Gonzalez and the girl were found Tuesday in Brooklyn. Gonzales has served three prison stretches and was denied bail today. A preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday.
