The ex-con accused of abducting his 14-year-old neighbor in Rochester last weekend has pleaded not guilty to new charges.

Forty-one-year-old Robert Gonzalez is now charged with 2nd degree criminal sex act, 3rd degree sexual abuse and use of a child in a sexual performance. The teenage girl vanished Saturday evening, and an AMBER Alert was issued Monday night.
