The young woman who made Facebook threats against East High School back in February had another deportation hearing today.
Abigail Hernandez was brought to the U.S. illegally as a child. She lost her DACA protection when she pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor this summer, but had been seeking asylum. Today, a judge denied that request.
Her lawyer has reserved the right to appeal.
