Police say a man on a motorcycle was killed in a crash overnight on Buffalo Road.
It happened when the motorcycle operated by 54-year-old Steven Edwards of Gates was stopped at a red light at Wegman Road and was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by another Gates man. Edwards died at the hospital.
The driver -- Diamond Gardner -- was ticketed for following too closely and running the light. The investigation is continuing.
