Man Sentenced For Deadly 2017 Mendon Crash

The sentence is six months in jail and five years' probation for a driver who caused a crash in Mendon that killed a mother of two. 

Louis Restivo was driving drunk in July 2017 when he turned in front of a dump truck on Boughton Hill Road. The truck driver couldn't stop and hit the car driven by Hannah Kline. 

As part of the sentence, Restivo will wear an ankle monitor for six months, will lose his driver's license for a year and will use an interlock device for five years.
