A level 2 registered sex offender from Mt. Morris is facing charges after authorities say he had several unverified online and social media accounts.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested 32-year-old Corey Moss on Tuesday, after learning that he had Facebook messenger, Cupid.com and Snapchat accounts under a fake name, and had an internet service provider that was not listed with the New York State Sex Offender Registry.
He has been charged with failure to register and to verify.
The Sheriff's Office says Moss was already in the county jail on a parole violation.
