Motorcyclist Killed in Riga Accident

A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Riga on Tuesday. Police said a car was driving on Buffalo Road near Percy Road when the driver pulled in front of the motorcyclist. The driver of that was ticketed but the crash is still under investigation. The man's name has not yet been released.
